Board Members

In her role as the Director of People and Culture, Darjené is responsible for Walden Family Services’ Human Resources department. Darjené focuses on aligning Human Resources functions through a diverse, equitable, and inclusive lens. The clear alignment of Lifeline’s mission and vision with her personal and professional passions made it an easy decision for Darjené to join Lifeline’s Board of Directors.

Darjené values all of the diverse programs Lifeline offers, and is most passionate about Lifeline’s Child Abuse and Domestic Violence Prevention and Intervention programs. As a former classroom teacher and coming from the early childhood education space, Darjené cares deeply about the prevention of child abuse and providing shelter/safe spaces for those whose lives have been impacted by abuse.
