Yameeka J. Williams
Assistant Medical Center Administrator, Kaiser Permanente
With 17 years’ experience as an Executive Leader in hospitals, Yameeka currently serves as Assistant Medical Center Administrator for Kaiser Permanente in the San Diego Service Area. Her areas of responsibility include Utilization Management, Home Care Services, and Outside Medical. Prior to joining Kaiser, Yameeka served for seven years as Chief Executive Officer for Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals. Yameeka joined Lifeline’s Board because she was impressed by the positive impact that the organization makes in the lives of underserved and minority populations across San Diego. This work directly aligns with the mission and vision of Kaiser Permanente to improve the total health of individuals by making lives better.
Yameeka has also served on the San Diego American Heart Association Board for six years and will be complete a two-year term as Chair of the Board in June 2022. She is also an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., the first Greek-letter organization established by African American women and founded on the commitment of lifelong sisterhood, scholarship, and service to all mankind.
